When you're crafting maps, or using the PoE Currency mods of Zana on map apparatus, it is likely to roll up Beyond mod on the map. When an area has this particular mod, portals will be close together created by slaying monsters and spawn Beyond demons. Whether there are a lot of portals more powerful will be spawned and summon by a larger one beyond critters. The large one will open and summon, and spawn larger portals together among those dangerous Beyond bosses that are unique.

During the time you are leveling, you may encounter Vaal side areas (but you can't strike them in endgame maps). They're marked with a red heart icon when you start the minimap and move near them.In general Vaal side places are fairly small and you can run through them fairly quickly, all them include a boss in the end. Slaying the boss lets you start Vaal Vessel which drops Vaal Skill Gem or among those 4 Vaal Sacrifice Fragments that give access to Atziri.Let me notice that distinct zones exude distinct Vaal side places and various directors inside them, and some of those bosses can be pretty hard to take down as you're leveling so be careful.
