But soon the communication were cut off. Rack claims that many clients did not receive funds. They would offer excuses or avoid victims when they tried to reach Rack regarding their funds.
"We were supposed to receive the money] but it was never done. We waited almost an entire month, and he made excuses, like his PayPal was blocked, etc. to get more time," another victim complained to P.TV.
A 20-year-old Aussie who claims he has had lost $5,500, and has filed a cybercrime complaint and provided screenshots of his chat with Raangee to P.TV. The video shows Raangee persuading the victim to invest $5,000, and promising a profit of $2,500. Raangee advises the victim to "Ofc" to anyone. "But I'm at a point that I'm comfortable with it now , and I fully understand first-timers' concerns."
P.TV. : "I know at about 20-30 people" - a fourth victim aged 20, claimed to know. "I'd approximate that Rack has a debt of at least $300,000 (and this is only of the cases I've heard of). A lot of my personal acquaintances." Numerous victims have shared similar stories, all alleging that Rack often used issues with his bank and/or PayPal account as a reason for cheap 2k22 mt not making payments.
