In Oblivion or Skyrim your choices are spamming melee, or spamming one devastation spell. From The Elder Scrolls Blades though you got fans, you've got procs out of sets, and you've got skills on every class that all tie into one another and improve harm or whatever your class skills are, and of course the ults. I heard you are ESO Blades Items supposed to let go of the sword swing onto a specific stage of that charging ball marker, to make like a critical or some thing, anything like that for magic?
